The biggest advantage of the roaster: The biggest advantage is the amazement in the eyes of our customers when we describe how the roaster and roasting works and why we chose Giesen.

Favorite bean: Our favorite bean is the Yellow Catuai (Natural).

The best thing about your job: Every time we serve someone a coffee they smile. We are literally serving happiness!

Motto: Educate to inspire and always adapt for the future.

Tip for other entrepreneurs/ roasters:  Trying to be too cool can sap the atmosphere from your business. In the words of Ali G: Keep it real.

The highlight of our week is a visit to Kinross, and being g disabled parking is right outside shop. We always have a toastedciabatta between us and now we get a wave as we come into the shop and toast and coffee is getting ready. I can’t wait to introduce my son a d partner to their delights when they come up from Wiltshire to stay. Being in our (very) late seventies value for money is important, not the cheapest but definitely the best .
