The coffee industry under one roof

Coffee Expo is the biggest coffee exhibition in Korea, co-hosted by the Korea Coffee Association. This year a total of 219 stands were present!

The ‘coffee industry under one roof’, as it is sometimes called on social media, took place from April 6 until April 9, in Coex Halls A and B, in Seoul.

The Korea Barista Awards were held for the first time, followed up by an award ceremony.

We put up a large replica of our W6A Coffee Roaster inside our booth, which quickly drew a crowd around our stand. This way plenty of visitors were able to view our machines: the WPG1, the smallest one and the W60A (regular-sized), the largest one.

The main theme of the event was ‘tastes’. This meant that the main purpose of each exhibitor was to show the products and services that can be used to improve the client’s flavour experience. We displayed our WPG1 control panel, so Korean coffee enthusiasts could get a taste of our latest software developments.

The local media and press covered the event extensively. Also, customers and exhibitors promoted the event thoroughly, as can be seen on our Instagram.
