The mission of the company

Coffee is our great passion, the countless aromas, the crema, the taste, its effect & the ritual. Unfortunately, coffee as a raw material is anything but environmentally and human-friendly, so we purchase our green coffee as directly as possible to ensure respect for producers and the environment. The coffee beans are roasted locally, by hand, and only as much is produced as is needed. The coffee bean is therefore awarded the value it deserves!

Warum Giesen?

The drum roasters of the company Giesen from the Netherlands combine tradition, function, and beauty with the most modern technology and control. Giesen is constantly developing its coffee roasting machines, of course always with a focus on coffee culture and its history.

The biggest advantage of the roaster

Because the roaster is electrically operated, we can rely on eco – electricity (100% hydroelectric power) or renewable energy.

How many kilos of coffee do you guys roast every week?

What is the best thing about your job?

To transform an existing raw product, through manual labor and the support of high-quality equipment, into such a complex, versatile and delicious final product.
