The mission of the company
Help the consumer to become a specialty coffee consumer in a friendly way.
I found versatility, design, quality, vanguard, and all this in a friendly design for a specialty store.
The biggest advantage of the roaster
Its ability to repeat, and how it helps the coffee to bring out its best features.
How many kilos of coffee do you guys roast every week?
Guatemala is a producing country, and we have the opportunity to roast many varieties, among the favorites are Geisha, Venecia & Pacamara
What is the best thing about your job?
To be able to communicate with the customer.
What is your Motto?
If you don’t like it, don’t pay for it.
Do you have a tip for other roasters/entrepreneurs?
The person will always be more important than the program, a good roaster knows his machine by ear, smell, and sight. Programs complement a good roaster.
