Daily roaster maintenance: Giesen W6 

It depends on your roasting hours, to know when and how much you clean your Giesen roaster. We advise cleaning your roaster after every 8 to 12 roasts. Nonetheless, it’s always a good idea to clean your roaster regularly. 

Opening the side-doors

To properly clean your roaster, you first open the side-doors on both sides with a key. You can clean all the chaff and close it back up again. After cleaning your chaff-collector, slide open the ashtray and vacuum all the waste. This is how you clean your W6 daily.
