In this autumn season, we want to give you some inspiration for new recipes to try out! We chose 5 recipes that bring a little bit of warmth into this chilly season. For one of these recipes we made a video with a step-by-step ‘how to’! Next to this, we also summarized the trend colors of this season. Enjoy!

1. The Spicy Latte

What do you need:

o 250 ml milk

o 0.5 generous teaspoon gingerbread spice mix

o 1 tbsp brown sugar

o 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla extract

o 1 cup of strong espresso

o Whipped cream (optional)

How to make it:

Put a small saucepan on the stove and heat the milk with the gingerbread spice mix and brown sugar until it steams, but do not let it boil. Stir frequently and make sure it doesn’t burn. When your concoction is steaming hot, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the vanilla extract. Pour the hot milk into a blender and blend until fluffy.

Pour the whipped milk into a cup and add a cup of coffee. To make it even more delicious, add whipped cream and possibly cinnamon.

2. Spanish coffee

What do you need:

o   50 ml of your favorite Spanish Licor

o   200 ml hot coffee

o   Whipped cream (amount depending on your liking)

o   Cocoa or cinnamon powder for garnish

How to make it:

You start off by warming up the liquor in a glass, pour strong hot coffee over it, stir and finish it with the whipped cream, cocoa or cinnamon powder.

3. Espresso Martini iced coffee

Using a measuring cup, pour all the ingredients, except for the espresso and coffee beans, into a shaker, step by step.

Next, add six ice cubes and then the cup of espresso.

Seal the shaker. Empty the chilled glass with ice cubes and shake firmly with the shaker for ten seconds. Finally, pour the cocktail through a cocktail strainer into the chilled glass.
