Each season has its own trends, and this can be quite different every year. Today we will share the spring trends of 2021 that you can’t miss. Enjoy reading and hopefully, it will give you a lot of new inspiration!

Spring trend colors

The color of your roaster can really make a difference. It can become the eye-catcher of your roastery and add value to your company. If you like something different than the average colors, take inspiration from the spring trend colors. Check out the colors underneath and maybe the perfect color is among them for your roaster.

Spring coffee

In the winter you often feel like a spicy, warm drink. While in the spring, a coffee with seasonal flowers or a refreshing, iced coffee can be nice. For inspiration, we share the Lavender Latte with you, a spring coffee we love. You can find more spring coffees here. Fun and surprising to add to your spring menu!

Lavender Latte

First, start by roasting for espresso. In a previous webinar, our ambassador Willem Boot gave all the information you need about roasting for espresso. You can find it here.

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 1 espresso
  • 1 Tablespoon Lavender syrup
  • Dried lavender

Instructions:

  1. Brew 1 espresso.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons lavender syrup.
  3. Foam the milk and add it to the cup.
  4. Finish the coffee with some lavender.
